Returns / Exhcanges

We are aware that even the best and high quality online product exposition will not reflect all its features, not to mention the possibility of trying the shoes on.
 
Wishing to cope with those inconveniences, all products bought in shoesON can be returned (money refund) or exchanged for other available size or product.
This option is valid for 30 days since the product's delivery to the customer.

Returns and exchangs are accepted only for products in new condition, with no signs of using, in original packaging. The new condition refers BOTH to the product and packaging (shoebox), therefore DO NOT label shoeboxes.

If you want to check which of your products can still be returned or exchanged go to My Account, Exchanges/Returns section.

In order to make a return or exchange of the product, please fill in the Exchange/Return Form (available to download on My Account site, section Exchanges/Returns) and send it to us both with the product and the receipt on following address:

Without the receipt included the return/exchange will be rejected.
All returns and exchanges are at customer's expense, the COD packages will not be accepted.

In case of product return, the operating fee 20 PLN (5 EUR) is deducted from the return amount.
In case of product exchange there are no extra fees included.

Products provided on individual orders are not subject to the return or exchange.
